NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the smooth operation of our barbershop and to accommodate the needs of all our customers, we have implemented the following policy regarding appointment cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals:

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unexpected delays can occur, but please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may result in the need to reschedule. If we are still able to accommodate your appointment, your service may be modified to fit the remaining time slot. In such cases, the full service fee will still be charged.

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list or seeking appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please remember that a missed appointment means another customer is deprived of the opportunity to receive our services during that time.
